I’m Mamata Dhiraj Jain, Founder & Managing Director of 1XL Holdings. My leadership is rooted in creating community-driven urban spaces that empower individuals and contribute to global development. With my passion for sustainability, leadership, and innovation, I am reshaping the real estate landscape.

My entrepreneurial journey began with humble beginnings, and with the determination to succeed, I carved my own path in real estate, laying the foundation for the legacy I continue to build.

Moving from a small village to Pune, and then to Dubai, was a turning point in my life. Alongside my husband, Dhiraj Jain, Chairman and Founder of 1XL Holdings, I embarked on a journey to help transform Dubai’s urban landscape. Today, I’m fortunate to lead a team that is reshaping the city through real estate development that is not just about buildings, but about creating spaces where people can live, work, and thrive.
