I’m Mamata Dhiraj Jain, Founder & Managing Director of 1XL Holdings. My journey began in a small village in India, where opportunities were limited but my aspirations knew no boundaries. Every step of my journey has been shaped by resilience, purpose, and a belief that success is most meaningful when it creates opportunities for others.
Today, I’m privileged to lead a vision that goes beyond real estate. My mission is to build communities, create lasting value, and inspire positive change through innovation, purposeful leadership, and sustainable development. Whether I’m shaping urban spaces or mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, my goal remains the same—to leave a meaningful impact on people, businesses, and the communities we serve.
My mission extends far beyond building businesses or developing real estate. I am passionate about empowering individuals, especially women, to pursue their ambitions with confidence, resilience, and purpose. My family keeps me grounded. My work drives me to strive for excellence. My social initiatives empower me to give back to society. My spirituality helps me stay calm, centred, and focused on what truly matters. These pillars are deeply interconnected. My professional success enables me to make a difference, while my spiritual grounding guides how I do it. Through initiatives like Life Saver Army- I strive to use my time, energy and resources to improve lives and create a lasting impact.
Every act of service is an extension of my purpose – a way to give back to society with gratitude while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

Success, to me, isn’t a finish line – it’s a continuous journey of growth, learning, and making a difference. Along this journey, I earned a PhD in FDI and Property Market Evolution and hold six patents in sustainable real estate – two awarded and four pending. Every step I take is driven by a desire to evolve, innovate, and contribute to a better world.

As a TEDx speaker, I have had the privilege of sharing my expertise and personal journey with a global audience. Through my talks, I reflect on rising from humble beginnings, navigating personal loss, and building purposeful leadership in Dubai. I share lessons from launching Mission50 with my children and the importance of passing on values that outlive success. My message centres on resilience, roots, and empowerment, inspiring others to create meaningful impact, nurture hope, and leave a legacy beyond business.
PHD IN FDI AND PROPERTY MARKET EVOLUTION
I hold a PhD in FDI and Property Market Evolution, with a research focus on the transformation of property markets and the role of foreign direct investment in driving real estate growth. This academic foundation complements my practical experience, enabling me to approach real estate with a global perspective and contribute to shaping sustainable investment and development strategies, particularly in dynamic markets like the UAE.
